Guerila

Guerila

Guerila is a biodynamic cellar in the Vipava Valley wine-growing district. The estate's ten hectares of vineyards are spread on the south-facing hill slope in the village of Planina, almost 400 metres above sea level. The wine production is entirely organic and follows the principles of biodynamic viticulture. The single-Guyot vine training method with less burdened vines. In the cellar, all the wines are fermented spontaneously by means of naturally occurring yeasts on the skins of grapes. The estate is part of the Demeter control system and also boasts an organic certificate. The estate's vineyards cover an area of 18 hectares, planted mainly with local white varieties (Pinela, Zelen, Rebula, Malvasia), and some Merlot, Barbera and Cabernet Franc.
